Glenn Ballman, CEO
Mr. Ballman was the founder of Onvia where he raised over $70 million in private funding from venture capital, institutional and strategic investors including GE Capital, Van Wagoner Capital and Comerica Bank. As Chairman and CEO, he lead the company from startup to $150 million in annual sales; and through a $240 million IPO on NASDAQ that valued the company over $6 Billion. He successfully negotiated major alliances with America Online, E*Trade, and Visa and has been frequently interviewed on CNN Moneyline and MSNBC in the areas of e-commerce and internet based marketplaces. Mr. Ballman has lead investments in Empathica, Avolo, Verrus, and has participated in Signalink, HyperWallet, Vandip, Make Technologies and a few that are no longer active. He holds a fixed wing multi engine instructor license, and enjoys flying military seaplanes and helicopters when not enjoying time with his wife and 4 kids. He was educated in Canada at the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Gary Meehan, VP of Operations
Was president of Onvia.com Canada, a business to business marketplace for the period 1998 - 2001 and successfully sold the division to Bell Canada. Prior to joining Genesis Exchange, Mr. Meehan held management roles with Future Shop, Best Buy and Doppler Computer Superstores. At Doppler he oversaw all Operations and Purchasing functions as the store expanded from a single location retailer to a multi-location, multi-province computer superstore retail chain. Mr. Meehan received a MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Chris Hurley
Mr. Hurley is a partner in Beacon Law Advisors based in Seattle, Washington. Chris began his career as a corporate lawyer with Gray Cary in Palo Alto in 1993 advising technology start-ups. In 1998 Chris moved to Seattle to join Venture Law Group as a senior attorney working intimately with start-up clients. Chris has worked with over 35 technology startups, closed over 60 private placement financings; more than 25 acquisitions; and 8 IPOs. He has worked with networking, software, medical device, wireless, biotech, internet and media companies, among others Chris received a B.A. Classics (magna cumlaude) from the University of New Hampshire; J.D. (cum laude) Boston College Law School; MBA Finance from Boston University's Graduate School of Management. Chris is a member of the California and Washington bars.
